Geoandina Mining Corp.

Geoandina Mining Corp. continues negotiating and acquiring properties throughout Argentina, strengthening the company's portfolio. Due to the growth of the portfolio, the Company engaged PetraGold Mining Services S.R.L. to assist with the exploration and development of various properties.

- CERRO NEGRO AND CERRO ALUMBRE are neighboring properties located on the outskirts of Mendoza, Argentina. The properties are located in an underdeveloped area, but initial testing has reported positive signs for precious metals. Further testing is being completed in order to determine the most strategic schedule of exploration.

- LA PURISIMA, located in the province of San Juan, Argentina, is located in an area known to contain high mineralization, as there are neighbouring mines that have been in the production of gold and other resources. Preliminary studies have indicated the presence of gold, silver, zinc and copper. As of September 21, 2007, PetraGold Mining Services S.R.L. had commenced exploration on this property.

- SOBERANIA SUD is the newest property in the Company's portfolio and is of high interest. Located in the Andes Mountain Range, bordering between Argentina and Chile, the massive property has reflected excellent historical and geological data. Geoandina Mining Corp. is currently putting together an exploration schedule for this property.
