JONATHAN HAGEN
President and C.E.O.

As President and CEO of the Company, Mr. Jonathan Hagen brings with him a background in mining management and consulting. Aside from his management, legal and journalism background, as well as other credentials, Mr. Hagen worked as special advisor and consultant of various well-renowned mining companies throughout South America. He was able to implement concepts, direct staff, and deal with all Public Relations issues on their behalf. Prior to his mining experience and Geoandina, Mr. Hagen worked within executive branches of distinguished companies in the telecommunications, translation and consulting fields including Bell Canada Business Credit Services, Canadian Tire Acceptance Corporate Division, and a General Motors Puerto Rico Division.

EDWIN SOLANO
Secretary / Treasurer

Mr. Solano is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of Geoandina Mining Corp.. Earlier in his career, Mr. Solano was Executive Machinery Technician for a large construction machinery company in Canada. His responsibility was the examination and approval of the newest light and heavy landscaping and construction equipment, in order to maintain the strictest safety and performance standards. With an extensive background in Business Administration, he recently served over six years for a well-renowed North American vehicle manufacturer as Executive Coordinator of Parts and Labour. Mr. Solano brings to Geoandina a specialization in working within a team to effectively execute the operations and administrative aspects of a Company. He will continue to work diligently with Geoandina to oversee operational tactics, future budgets, accounts, and other administrative duties.
